Do you live in Akobo, Omolayo if possible and you have a car? You also work at Dugbe/Mokola/ Ringoad from Monday to Friday? I have a proposal for you that will benefit both parties. I will appreciate it really if we can come to an agreement as I do not have a means of mobility to work for now.

I will appreciate if you can update me if there's any vacancy. Ibadan agents have frustrated me.

Oh so sorry. Its like they are on a rampage since the road has now been fixed. The light here is super good also.

We just moved too, so agents are still sending available accomodations to me. Any house with rent 300k, they ll charge 120k extra as agency fee. Any one that's 350k they ll charge 140k extra. There's currently one, bedroom and parlour at Akala way for 300k. So you may try. This his contact and he s not even the direct agent, but agency cost can not be more than the normal:
