Abominable and reprehensible. What could be the motive behind this? Traditional rulers in Imo state are now endangered species. Most of these were either imposed on the people or had stepped on some big toes. Either way there is great need for thorough investigation to stem the ugly tide. It has never been this way for Imo before. So much killing, assassinations and bloodshed. Haba. God save us!

Is it not convenient that these two reasons you mentioned coincided with the formation of ESN/UGM? The truth is that lawlessness was bound to spring up with the collapse of the security in the SE.
