Jorginho lacks speed, stamina and upper body strength but he compensates these deficiencies with spatial awareness, on-field leadership, grit, ball recycling and strong mentality which endears him to coaches and teammates. Jorginho needs a capable deputy to give him a rest because he burns out quickly due to his low stamina, for the past couple of seasons he has spent with us he will start the league in good form on getting to busy period of the season his performances will drop.
