I placed a bet with 1xbet on 13th November 2021. This bet had two fights. The first fight was straight winning. The second fight was for over 0.5 rounds. A round in mixed martial arts is 5 minutes. So over 0.5 rounds means the fight should end after 2 minutes and 30 seconds for you to win. I was checking highlights of these two fights at night and the two games entered. The next day I went to 1xbet shop to collect my money only for the computer to show that I lost the second game. I called 1xbet with their number so that they can correct the result. These people said they cannot attend to me because I have not registered with them. I told them that I placed the bet in a shop so there was no need for me to register. They didn't even ask me to give them the ticket number for them to confirm what I was saying. The guy even denied that 1xbet doesn't have a shop yet in Nigeria. The second time I called them, one guy forming oyinbo english was talking anyhow - local champion. He said I can report the company if I want. I have posted the betslip for anyone to check and see that the bet entered.

Have you contacted official 1xbet support? Was it a real shop?

Of course I contacted 1xbet on their official phone number +441273256987 found on their website. I still have the recording of our phone conversations.

The issue is that they posted the wrong results. The shop has nothing to do with that. Even if I had placed a bet online, the result would still be the same.

So many other people brought complaints about their tickets too. One guy that played tennis games was troubling the cashier to call 1xbet and ask them how come three games that he didn't select were automatically added on his ticket. I'm not sure there's a sattelite channel for Bellator fights in Naija for now except UFC fights.The preliminary cards of many Bellator events are free to watch on Bellator MMA youtube channel. Except you want to use VPN to watch it.

They scammed me on my Canadian dollar account, I placed a bet with $10 and I won $60 so I tried to withdraw $50 through e-transfer that I made the deposit with and it was starting to ask for more informations that I’m not supposed to share with anyone at all.
