Hello Folks
My Car has always got the check engine light turned on, although it's not blinking.

Check engine light turned on often symbolises a fault that should be paid attention to from my knowledge but functions almost in reverse order in the case of my car.

Each time the check engine light turns off on my car, the car doesn't start anymore.

It often turn off itself most times and whenever it does turn off, the car would not start until I have to get an electrician to make it turn on again.

What could be the cause and ho.w do I turn on the check engine light.

Car Model is Toyota Corolla 2006 (manual transmission).
