Those drivers after taking their shepe and burukutu will be forming James bond for Policemen and lastma

A bus driver has been captured on tape battling with police officers and LASTMA officials that tried to arrest him in Lagos state

In a video posted by Instablog9ja, the driver could be seen struggling to hang on to his bus as a team of security operatives tried to break his grip but to no avail.

No less than a joint team of 3 police and 3 LASTMA officers could be seen in the clip making attempts to arrest the man as he held onto the bus which was being driven away

The video has sparked reactions online with netizens hailing the bus driver and some taking pity on him

I can bet you lots are still toddlers to understand why lagos was before the formation on Lastma or you don’t live in lagos.
Just as it’s obtainable in other formations, Lastma has their own bad eggs, however, their importance on lagos roads cannot be over emphasized.

You said a few days. Do you know the brutal suffering LASTMA cause every Weekend where I stay? They turn of the traffic lights. Every damned Thursday and Friday, traffic lights don't work. They do that to create traffic that they can benefit from

Very strange and wondering how they benefit from such. Logically, it should be more beneficial for them head or tail when the light is one. The stress of controlling traffic manually reduced and also advantage of arresting/extorting impatient drivers running red lights is there. In my opinion, the advantages of having them on Lagos roads far outweigh the disadvantages

That is if they do their jobs to the letter. When they hide in dark corners waiting for traffic violators instead of being in the open to prevent the violations then I'd say they have a sinister motive. They play a positive role on the roads just like the Nigerian Police play a positive role in providing security. But like the Nigerian police, LASTMA has its very nasty, corrupt ridden side

The problems is both lastma and the police have questionable moral grounds.

They seek to extort that to caution and correct. Yes our reckless bus driver may be wrong that’s yet to be confirmed by how do u correct the mindset rather than enjoying the extortion and reoccurrence?
