The mistake Obi made was not declaring the joint assets of him and children I.e the one jointly owned by him and his children because he thought it falls under the category of what he wasn't supposed to declare. Morever, there's absolutely no way it could have been Anambra money he used in those accounts because assets declarations happen BEFORE you are sworn into office so how could he have stolen public money before being sworn in as governor?
