Sorry about the issue man, try a picture reset, if it doesn’t clear it, do a factory reset, if same, it may be due to a faulty video drive chip. The result is red, green or blue (RGB)

I wanted to buy infinix x1 until I saw. lots of ppl complaining about lines on the screen after few months of usage then I cancelled my jumia order.

Nowadays we seek cheaper products, not that it's bad to do so, I understand it's so that we could save our hard earned money, but more often than not, this intention comes with a couple of disadvantages that outweighs its benefits, hence, losing more money than we intend to save by having to buy another or re-fixing all over again and again, that's if the parts happens to be available, which are not always.

There are many issues that arises from buying cheaper items (though, cheaper doesn't connote inferior, but within this context, it could be substandard or inferior or even fake). More often than not, Cheaper products always associates with poor quality. So, you may have to reconsider your OPTIONS if you have any.

You'd agree with me as we all know that cheaper imports from China such as electronics don't either work properly or breaks down early as the materials used are not durable.

Cheap produce are always of a very bad quality and they're produced in unsustainable ways, and the downside of low-priced goods surpasses the benefits.

Amani, Rock, UkA, Royal, et’ cetera, these are products targeted at the Nigerian market, the TCL Technology is a Chinese multinational electronics company headquartered in Huizhou, Guangdong Province they produce good electronics, but the ones targeted at the Nigerian market are not of same quality with the ones shipped to the USA, and other countries, just as the likes of the Hisense, MI, and others.

I have tried this.. Its the same thing, but i disconnected all input i noticed the response time was shorter about two minutes

Reset the tv. If it persists, then, it’s may be a board issue.

Good day, I advise you kindly, Reset the video source and your TV by unplugging them for about 20 seconds. During this time, also take the HDMI cables out. Then re-plug everything and reconnect your cables.

Please, if possible do reach out directly to LG, they would proffer the best solution for you.

In this case, the problem may be because part of the backlighting of the matrix becomes inoperable, i.e., stops emitting light. To check this, you need to connect the TV to a computer or laptop via the composite video input (AV).

If this doesn't help, you will need to diagnose and identify the faulty element. You can also try to replace the matrix. Do you have a decoder installed? Maybe its malfunction has corrupted the TV. The [color=#000000]Firmware[/color] manual should tell you how to install the decoder correctly. I hope I have helped you.

yes, my lg43 just went blank last night, I still heard sound from it until I pressed something that probably changes the input from decoder. Now, it only attempt showing the lg logo at startup and went blank almost immediately.

It's my first experience with Philip android tv 40PUT6400/12 , and all the TV could offer is driving me crazy and giving sleepless nights...., this isn't my first, second or even third smart tv though. But I've never experienced such problem until i lay my hand on this particular Philips Android 4k Tv.
Tv keep rebooting itself
Couldn't sign in Google account
Couldn't use any of android features
Screen mirroring goes on and off
Bluetooth not connecting
Wi-Fi connection problem
Tv sometimes freeze...... To mention a few. Too many problems in just one body.
Reinstalling the TV over and over again all to no avail.
Try to do boot loop fix after endless research but couldn't get it done , i got stuck at the point of "Android System Recovery Mode" , another alternative is using ADB reboot recovery command which i don't know how to go about.
Please the Guru and Tech Giant in the house i need all help i can get. Kindly put me through on what exactly to do. Thanks

If you’re experiencing the same, The underlying problem could be due to an infection from a malware. just get the board replaced if all efforts are unproductive.

The backlight on my TV goes off on its own but still outputs audio. To fix this, I always have to power off the tv with the remote. And power it on again to regain picture. A couple of moments after, it goes blank again and I have to repeat the same step. How do I solve this? Is this a board problem? I had the same issue with the previous board which the repairer wanted to discard and got this one that’s behaving this way now.

I have a 43” LG tv with bad screen. Every other part is perfect. Selling it cheap. Hola if you’re interested.
