coconut brain, please try and check on facts before you come to comment, ok. It's was Igbos that borrow from the Ijaws. After Ghana, Cameron then Ijaws are the first set of people who set their eyes on Colonial Williamsburg in the western part of Africa.

"Any culture that Ijaws claim is borrowed from the IGBOS"-----------------I know of an Ijaw culture that involves giving inheritance to their daughters.

So we borrowed it from you abi? You that you will disallow your daughters any inheritance, you now claim that our own was copied from you?

If it's what you tell yourself to make you sleep well at night no problem, but history can never be changed or erased, neither can u force your culture on another culture and tradition.
