One decade on from Kim Jong Il's death North Korea is still ruled by the Kim family. The United Nations describes the regime as being responsible for "systematic, widespread and grave violations of human rights".

Human rights violations are actually subjective if you place the country's constitution vs the U.N. Charter on human rights.
Will a citizen obey his country's constitution on U.N.?
So to U.N. it's human rights violations but to North Korea citizens, it's not.
This is how U.N. through U.S. started disturbing Libya and some Arab countries in Africa all in the name of bring democracy.
Where did it lead? The birth of terrorist groups in around the regions.
So forget about what U.N. and U.S. say regarding north Korea.
