You can't compare Tierney with Tavares cos Tierney don't make silly mistakes like Tavares.

One thing I have noticed between Tavares and Lokomba, whenever they have balls and advancing towards the opponent goal post, should they loose the possession, they hardly win the ball back.

Tierney's overlapping always comes with caution same as Tomiyashu

Its obvious u haven't been watching Tavarez game.
He has good feet, but a very poor final delivery similar to Pepe. He also is too forward minded, most times leaving the team badly exposed defensively, especially after making the final silly cross, sometimes straight at the opponent's feet.

Now imagine how the team will get easily hit by quick transitions, with Tavarez completely out of position.
