For the records, open defeacation is worst in Kenya than it is in Ghana..

From the year 2000-2015 open defeacation was 8% in Ghana whereas in 2019 open defeacation was 14% in Kenya south and over 70% in the North counties of Kenya. This shows that if we get 2021 figures for both countries Kenya will be far far worst than Ghana .
