Like today, I just paid 250 cedis for Ghana card premium service which is the official charge...
But before you go to their office, you must book an appointment but because I didn't, the security guy wouldn't let me enter the premise....

All I had to do was called a friend who works there and he Usshere in like a VIP and did the entire process for me while I sat somewhere and crossed my legs and give him 50 Cedis for the help.
