It's synonymous to the last season Hazard had at Chelsea when he had a lot of goals and assists.

Hazard don't usually produce good stats as a foward and has never had that kind of stat at any stage of his career before. So that was a one off

Winning a league.
Going undefeated an entire season.
Scoring over 100 goals or points a season
Conceding less than 10 goals an entire season.
scoring 91 goals in a year.

The level of consistency you need week-in-week-out an entire year to do this is very high. It is stupid to just chalk it off as a fluke because the achievement can not be replicated.
