I have been on this thread on a low key for sometime now. and I have read nonsense and sensible post.
First is the havertz and mount arguments. I would say both are not super stars we crave for as Chelsea fans.. they are unique in there own way . None of the is ripe to make Chelsea a formidable team yet. though you can't be sure of what they may become.
Second is the Jorginho argument. guys the guy is not makalele nor essein . he is unique .. I would say as a regista he is one of the best in the world. the DM position in world football today has a different Interpretation in football today.
the DM position is key. it requires a lot of characteristics.. as a modern DM .. you must be press resistant.. you should be able to determine the flow of the game. your passes should be good. you should be able to spot runs. you should be able to quickly move the ball from defense to attack.. I know jorginho does not have all these but let's let cut him some slack.. that position is one of the hardest position in modern football.. untill we find someone who can perfectly interprete this position we should manage him.. joginho is not the worst in that position.
