Many Bank attendants in naija are very rude and irresponsible, they can make you lose your cool.

I don't encourage this kind of attitude though.

They have refused to refund me my money.

I don't know what's wrong with their service lately.

ATM didn't dispense any money to me, yet they deducted me.

After laying complaint about it, they still asked me to wait for 5 working days for the money to be reversed.

Money that I planned using today.

Again, a friend sent me money from Access bank, they deducted the guy, yet the money has not reached my account.

Tried checking my account balance, they said network not available.

I Tried buying recharge card from their mobile app, they deducted me, airtime I no even see.

If I enter any UBA branch on 27th, e no go funny oooh.

I understand how this young man feels, most banks in Nigeria are useless,my 20k is still with Ecobank since May.
I went to withdraw from Uba using Ecobank debit card,I tried to withdraw 10k three times, the first one was succesful, while the 2nd and third were not due to dispense error and my account was debited,I complained immediately to uba and they asked me to wait for 24hours if the 20k is not reverted then I need to complain at Ecobank,I went to complain and I was told that they would work on it, a week later nothing was done,I went back there and I was told that the (2) 10k were dispensed.
I've visited the bank more than 10 times requesting for the video but nothing has been done.
So my 20k has been with them, one of the banker told me to forget the money thst it must have been dispensed and another customer must have picked it up, so senseless

Na Wetin meself go do for that useless uba on the 28th,debited me 90k through there WhatsApp banking since on the 16th then never reverse my money despite all my mails,ogun will kill them on Tuesday
