My name is Ebi. Plz I need your advice.

I started a POS business, KUDI to be precise with 400k for 7months. But I'm not making any gain. I'm rather loosing it. I have two girls that work for me. We all do account before closure of the day and the money use to complete.
But when I do my personal account the money is always far less than the actual amount, so now I can't even boast with 150 from 400k.

I have been praying and committing it to the hands of God. My nairalanders. Plz what's the way out

Two girls....overhead cost of Salary. What can praying and committing do about that?

Bros think about it, you don't need overhead lability as a new business, ability for them make you x3 of their salary is what your business needs to survive. You don't need PHD in business to know that. Question, how much do you pay yourself as owner? Do you work along with your staffs or they do all the job? My humble advised or opinion to you as new business, do the job and pay yourself that amount reinvest your profit in to the business to rebuild your capital base.
