Name one LGA headquarters without one... Mind you... Yes alot of communities are with it but not LGA headquarters.

Go and read it...You are given BVN,NIN and next year TIN all these especially the NIN are done at local govt level,but when it come to election they will tell you INEC can transmit election result electronically,but there are pos in all local govt working.

2. Telecom Network
3.The POS provider network.

Even with this trinity of purpose they are working and one pos not working may be one of the above and if you go the next pos stand it work.

The best bet they can use to electronically transmit the result is via SMS and USSD code. So that it can reach everybody. Anything other than that, check back 2031.

INEC can include the installation of K-Band in its budget for the outstanding Local Government Areas.
