I got 3 lands 100x 100 auchi price 4million already constructed 6 unit 2 bedroom flats and 2 1 bedroom flat got another land 70x100 just opposite the first land 2.7 million nothing done on it so far
Got another 100x100 in Benin 1.7 million in a developing community ogheghe currently on roofing level
Bought my first second hand car Lexus 350 gs it almost frustrated me I turn mechanic friend after 3 months got a new 2010 venza and a 2002 sienna for business

The best gift for 2021 is my gf I found the best girl in the year 2021
She is the best thing that has ever happened to me
She came into my life when I had nothing out first month of dating I don’t know how I was able to raise 2.7 for that naija use Lexus

My mum sickness,her death drained us alot.make d year my worst year.all my plan was not accomplished.i pray God will help me in 2022.make I raise capital and achieve my goals

1. Became a Program Partner for Vuulr , one of the biggest and largest international film and TV rights acquisition and distribution companies in the world with headquarters in Singapore and Los Angeles, USA

2. Referred the acquisition of four Nigerian movies, including "Azumkuta Kingdom" starring famous Nollywood diva Patience Ozokwor, MFR, Frank Lord and other popular stars by one of the biggest OTT video streaming services in the world with over 100 million Daily Active Users (DAUs) and 275 million Monthly Active Users (MAUs) worldwide.

3. Attracted one of the leading film and TV acquisition, distribution and production companies in the United States of America to NIgeria.

4. Secured a major international agent for all the filmmakers in my network for the acquisition and distribution of their movies and series worldwide.

5. Secured partnership with the Asian Academy of Film & Television [AAFT] and the International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry [ICME] for an annual Bollywood To Nollywood Filmmaking Workshop.

6. Received invitations for two professional fellowships.

7. Received nomination for the conferment of Honorary Doctorate Degree in the UK.

mine isn't there so i will list them, Will divide them into d good n bad achievements.
The GOOD..
1..got a new job, working from home as a side job meaning I now have three jobs n still learning new skill online....multitasking.
2..completed a planned donation each monthend to 3 different orphanage homes dt i visited last year n got dier acc number, was really hard especially wen I was broke bt was still dedicated n deprived myself of so many tinz..
3..currently started building my own ous in my state n planned to finish next year..
..The BAD..
1.swore to stop sportsbetting bt am deeply inside it after i won almost 800k n above 4 times this year, different betting apps full my fone..
2..said no relationship dis year to avoid girls distraction n it was a success, a big thanks to my female friends doing hookup dt were giving me free services, may thier phones never run out of network.
