yes the controller is working perfectly , it just charges then stops , then if I unplug and plug it back it starts charging again then after about 10 -15 minutes it stops again

Have you tried another charger also maybe the battery is filled

no the battery isn't full because I can still see two bars . I just noticed after switching cables it charges longer before it stops again
