You have changed the conversation. You have digressed from trying to paint those players as nobodies to accepting they where quality players before going to City. That's the bare minimum for each and every coach. Create a system that improves and fine-tunes your players abilities to make them better. I am sure Moyes, Arteta, and even Potter at Brighton have done that at their various teams. It's easier to do with 50million plus talented players tho.
