I love how you were been specific on the aspect of real estate boom that Abuja needs to match up (more office spaces) because in terms of residential buildings, Abuja is already there and the city can comfortably host 7m + with everyone having a luxury accommodation to his head.
Nigga, are you:

- lying like the other Waffas here
-genuinely ignorant!?

We established 3 years ago on ToT Abuja is a POTEMKIN city! It's so underequipped with amenities large parts of the town are an open air toilet with the rest consisting of uninhabited Naij style (garish) mansions.

Obaboon, I was kinda hoping you'll defy our prediction and upgrade your bonobo alpha software to at least beta, so you can realize Kenya is going places .

We just pulled another 9.9 after 10 percent 2nd quarter. See when you thought Kenya was tourism - we are pulling double digit growth amid COVID-19. Our strength I keep repeating is Africa most resilient economy built on top of economic diversity of Africa best human capital. You cannot beat that...it is the sustainable economic growth magic that will see Kenya move to be Africa Lion in 10-15yrs...our people..not minerals..not natural resources.

Kenya's economy grew by 9.9 percent in the three months to September 30, compared to 10.1 percent in the second quarter of 2021, the government statistics agency said on Friday.

NAIROBI, December 14, 2021 — Kenya’s economy has demonstrated resilience to the COVID-19 shock, with output in the first half of the year rising above pre-pandemic levels. In 2021 as a whole, gross domestic product (GDP) is expected to grow by 5%, one of the faster recoveries among Sub-Saharan African countries.
For am atheist you're incorrigibly, I'd say religiously optimistic! I long ago concluded we'd all be abducted by aliens before the Naij champ updated his skullspace software.
Speaking of local tourism I rmbr telling a pal building a Malindi 5 star to rely on local tourists. I said the world had unimaginable exigous threats. Hr agreed and said he'd been advised due to possible Climate events NOT to build on the first row so now the structure sits some 200 m back from the high tide mark: don't ignore exigous threats! Who'd have ever imagined a 2 year GLOBAL lockdown?
That 9.9% quarterly growth was real as everything else in the 254.

What you established 3 years ago is irrelevant to the reality on ground. Without mincing again, Abuja can accommodate 7m inhabitants with everyone having decent accommodations to themselves. I know you are enlightened, use google map and see for yourself what is going on in the city. Abuja did not play host to the biggest single housing estate in the entire continent to be a potemkin city.

You're not even half way better than SA. The fact that your figures are more than them, will still remain a mystery.

RIP2008, you like arguing blindly. What you call achievement here is what can be termed as 'too little too late.'

You are crying because I posted a chart which showed your economy to be small and irrelevant. I didn't create the chart and I didn't quote it at you, so why are you so angry? grin

And this epistle you typed doesn't change the fact that your country's economy is small and inconsequential, in fact too much so to carry the weight of its 50m people.

So it is damn silly celebrating something like ' Kenya's Africa's leading non resources economy, Kenyas economy is diversified, etc...'
As long as you relate all those points to a dismally poor economy like Africa's, it only highlights your country's poor performance. This might fly over your mostly empty skull but I'm sure a bit will seep into it. And I hope your sidekick kikuyu1 reads this too. It's just a pity you Are smarter than he is.

Are you being deliberately obtuse? If you can't fight with logic then don't quote me. The figures alone show your superiority over the mighty SA, we want an explanation of why and how possible can that be.?

I'm not here for childish talk.
