A German Shepherd dog walked inside my street early this morning and settled around my compound.
The location is Ibadan.

To detect locally if someone is the owner of a dog...it's very simple ask the person to insert one of his fingers inside the dog mouth....if the dog no bite the person hand , op just know say the dog Sabi the person, possibly him fit be the owner....

60 - 70% of healthy dogs no matter what breed, acts aggressively to strangers once a stranger tries that, if care is not taken, might bite the person in the process...so it's up to the person to know if it worths taking the risk

Once the dog see it's owner sef, you'll know by its display and wagging of tail
