I have been battling with these questions for almost a day but no clue on how to answer them, pls some one should help

Example 1

3 - 1 = 2
Square of 2 = 4

Example 2.

7 - 2 = 5

Square of 5 = 25

Example 3

5 - 5 = 0

Square of 0 = 0

Solution 1

√4 = 2

X - 3 = 2

X = 5

Solution 2

9 - 4 = 5

Square of 5 = 25

Solution 3

10 - x = √100

10 - x = 10
10 - 10 = x

x = 0
