Ayra Starr and her record company, Mavin Records, have been threatened with a lawsuit by Voltage, a nightclub in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, for disappointing them and breaching their contract.

Ayra Starr, who was supposed to play at Options Lounge's one-year anniversary party, had to cancel due to a scheduling conflict.
