Apologies this might be the wrong platform for this.

I paid for phed prepaid mater. I was then asked to clear my outstanding bills before my meter will be supplied, which I did.
Now, I finally got my meter and recharged twice.
Now today I am currently at phed office to recharge and they've charged me 2955.47 for 'security deposit', meanwhile I had cleared all my outstanding bills with them.

Who knows if this is legal or they're taking a customer for granted?

Why go to their office when you can recharge and buy tokens online?

so sorry to get back to you very late......all my token transactions were made easy just because i buy them online....just download buypower from playstore or app store then register your name and follow the instructions.......you can try vtpass.com as wellthank me later..
