North Korean leader is purely a traditional leader who understands his people's needs (Which is security) and provides it for them internally and externally and in return, loved by his people. It's only the western media that are branding him and brainwashing people like you to see him as a dictator.
While in the other hand, late buhari was a daft, dullard and waste of human and space in leadership. Who never understood 'his' people throughout his lifetime in leadership positions. A failure personified whose records of dictatorship and wickedness, cluelessness and incompetence surmount every other leaders in the whole world.
