As a final year student, how do you deal with anxiety disorder and depression?

Ever since the semester resumed, I've been having anxiety attacks especially whenever I heard that our project supervisor wishes to see us.

Next week is exams, and it seems I don't even understand what I've been studying.

How do I regain back my focus?

Buhari didn't go through all these, yet he's the President.

You can just plan things ahead...
From my point of view sha... Planning ahead makes me calm and as this that pop up suddenly, I really don't have expectations of things or people.

Just setting my eyes on the goal (first class). And before I knew it, the session finished.

Our own project supervisor did not one day say he wanted to see us. Anytime you go to his office and you even see him you get luck be that.

My final year, it was really crazy but I didn't let all that happened get to me.

Sure there's always that anxiety, you just have to take it one day at a time. Ensure you follow all instructions given to you by your project supervisor. Please prepare for your exam, give it your all and stay positive. May all your efforts not be in vain, wishing you the very best.

Amen, thank you for this advice. Just thinking of my project everytime has really reduced my morale. But now, I know better
