God granted humans advances in medicine for a reason. Even your flamboyant pastors don't joke with their medical care. They go the best hospitals to take good care of themselves. My symptoms now is:
I felt some dull ache around my stomach.
My urine is always concentrated especially when I drank lot of water and it took time for it to flush out.

NOTE: this is not a case of prostrate because I don't even have the urine in my bladder at all


Most times, I pass more urine at night/midnight when I'm asleep then during the day.

My blood pressure rises. 150/100

No swelling/edema

I had issues with flow of urine 3years ago, with some petty pains around my left kidney.
Home boy was still taking beer, vodka and all sorts. It got worst. Had to summoned courage straight up to one of the clinic, was later referred to Hospital to see a specialist.
The man said you too young to suffer for such ailments (sir me sef tire, na Village people) after all touches and running of scan.
He said I'm have blockage in my left kidney (hydronephrosis) the word tire me.

Was told to drink enough water
Drink a big cup of warm/hot water in the morning (first thing in the morning)
Same at night (last thing before going to bed)
Abstain from alcohol, smoke and all.
1month later i pee like a normal human being.

It was scary then, thank God for all.

Op your biggest concern right now should be to treat your blood pressure. And also your potassium is way too low which can cause heart problems. Treat those first

Though I felt I was fine but the issue I had is I don't urinate well. No matter the amount of water I drank (5litres daily), I will only pass a very concentrated and little urine (less than half litres daily). The urine can be so deep yellow, almost red color.
I did some test when it first occur but I was told I don't have any problem. My kidneys are fine.
After some months (like 7months later), I urinate well again, 3 months ago, the problem arises again and this time it's more severe.
I was scared to go for kidney test again but yesterday I took a bold step to seek for a neprologist consultant.
No matter what the result is, I believe I'll overcome it.
My advice for the op that is scared to go for heart scan is that he/she should take a bold step to know his/her problem.
I know it's not easy but we have no choice.

Right now, I'm scared I may have issue with my kidneys and I know it's not something easy to treat coz I don't have the resources (finances) to tackle such health issue but I know God will be there for me.

But go for urinalysis using combi-9 that will also assist in proper diagnosis.

On the other note,concentrated urine have different contributing factors aside renal failures or disorders;

Nah who get money Dey fear death.

thank God you are in MOP, they will reffer you to do some heart tests and infections tests too. Prayer and money are the main keys to good health.

I think your problem is related to that high blood pressure you have.

I believe it is called renal hypertension. You should start serious daily exercise to reduce your blood pressure.

If exercise doesn't help to reduce the blood pressure. You may need to be placed on HTN medications.

I feel that once your blood pressure becomes normal, your problem should be over.

Op the climactic condition of your geographical location can affect the way you pee! If you live in a hot, humid place, you should sweat more and pee little irrespective of the quantity of water you drink; mostly coloured urine. To help your kidneys, drink more water. However, await your test results. I hope the results come out ok.
