Op the climactic condition of your geographical location can affect the way you pee! If you live in a hot, humid place, you should sweat more and pee little irrespective of the quantity of water you drink; mostly coloured urine. To help your kidneys, drink more water. However, await your test results. I hope the results come out ok.

My advice for the op that is scared to go for heart scan is that he/she should take a bold step to know his/her problem.

Right now, I'm scared I may have issue with my kidneys and I know it's not something easy to treat coz I don't have the resources (finances) to tackle such health issue but I know God will be there for me.

Your BP is a bit high. But there is a disease called medical student syndrome.

Most likely dehydration i.e too much alcohol or less water intake
Believe me if your kidneys were gone you would be on a bed right now

Alcohol too but the problem with alcohol is that your liver breaks down the alcohol

I'm not convinced your body is retaining water at all, 3 years is enough to see the effects on your body. May be you should drink water regularly and stop working under the scorching sun or stop staying under the sun for long hours so you can have clear urine. It looks like your mind is playing tricks on you.

You have kidney problem.
My friend who had appendicitis was misdiagnosed for stomach ulcer. They prescribed medication for stomach ulcer. Months later, the gangrene of her appendix got terrible. Eventually she was operated and she never survived. Why? Late diagnosis. Misdiagnosis.

I have not faith in the kind of doctors we have here. They will hurriedly say everything is okay. Even as a mechanic, I can perform better surgery than most of them.

Sure. Especially when it comes to colour of urine. Very dark urine can be an indication of liver problem, especially Hepatitis B which may eventually lead to Cirrhosis.

Once you get to a particular age(25 years),there are some certain things you need to stop taking like red meat and alcohol.Drink alot of water and also eat alot of vegetables and fruits.

I'll never agree with this statement. Where does the water go?. No amount of sweating can cause this unless this is an exaggeration.

There are natural remedies and lifestyles to prevent or treat these things. It’s good Ure paying attention and making observations.

Thanks for your response. I'm working in an office. No sunlight.
Also I drink a lot of water.
I may not urinate more dan twice a day and it will be just very little to some drops.
Overall daily urine can be as small as half of plastic bottle water and with high concentration.
Example is the picture I upload. That's a day urine after drinking like 10 pure water

Just shut up! Una de go hospital for Nigeria? Which hospital/trained doctor misdiagnosed appendicitis as Peptic ulcer?

What you guys do in Nigeria is to patronize "chemists"(patent medicine dealers)/pharmacy shops/quacks/herbalists/religious houses, or even embark on self medications, and only go to the hospital when complications set in.
At the end, the doctor whom you presented late to, will bear the blame.
