I have the same issue.
It's called "travelling sickness" or "motion sickness". Mine is even worse, as the dizziness sometimes last for weeks after getting to my destination (especially long distance journey), while for some it stops immediately after alighting.
I don't think there's any cure for it but I did my research and found out that it can be prevented from being too extreme.
When you are in a car or bus, just keep your eyes on the horizon. It doesn't matter whether you are sitting on left hand side, right hand side or centre of the car, just continue to look front, don't look left or right outta the windows to observe anything.

It's been working for me, I hope it'll do for you as well

Na so I go take ECG test the result came out they said I had left ventricular something I've forgotten, and that I should go for echo cardiography test (That's heart test or scan) 25k I was scared like oku nmuo but right their I was that my heart pretty much time, Danm na so I carry peace like a river go back home that day.

I had issues with flow of urine 3years ago, with some petty pains around my left kidney.
Home boy was still taking beer, vodka and all sorts. It got worst. Had to summoned courage straight up to one of the clinic, was later referred to Hospital to see a specialist.

It also happens to me also till I later found out it was motion sickness.. But I heard it usually doesn't come up when you are the one driving although I don't drive

What you guys do in Nigeria is to patronize "chemists"(patent medicine dealers)/pharmacy shops/quacks/herbalists/religious houses, or even embark on self medications, and only go to the hospital when complications set in.
At the end, the doctor whom you presented late to, will bear the blame.

OP pls how much is d.cost for d test cos I need to go for similar test. I'm.getting suspicious of my own kidney.

I went for a medical test to take to nysc in 2018, d doctor said I had proteinuria I.e protein in my urine. I later went to check my kidney and I was told my kidney was ok even though I know d test was not thorough enough.

Since then I've been having some symptoms like ankle pain, though d ankle was as a result of football injury and slight swelling on my left ankle that makes me not to be able to stand for too long. I also have back pain to bend down and do something is prb. Of recent I noticed I'm having a kind if pain close to my left chest my hrt position. I noticed after abstaining for sex for months, I started seeing something looking like sperm coming out of my urine at d beginning of my urination but after having sex or masturbating d cloudy urine will stop.

I'm curious to go for this test but I'm scared of d financial implications and also want to
know what kind of hospital run this test.

Generally I looked healthy but I just wish to go for this test to take away my doubt, I just hope its only my mind that is playing tricks on me.

Overall daily urine can be as small as half of plastic bottle water and with high concentration.

Try to go and see a Urologist in a government hospital. A urologist is trained in the male reproductive system while gynecologist is for women. Just to make sure there is no blockage anywhere. This sounds like something I have heard of in older gentlemen with their prostate. I understand there’s a men’s clinic somewhere in Lagos. Men, just like women need annual check up with their Urologist.
