We are in urgent need of a diligent and experienced property manager to oversee residential real estate marketing and sales.

Qualification:
First degree in Estate management or any related field.
Must have worked in a Real estate or Facility Management related firm.
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
Familiar with the use of facility management technological tools
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
Excellent leadership skills
Competence in the use of MS Office
Outstanding organizational skills

I wish to apply for this job because I know nearly everything about the housing and estate management and I'm so much competent and can as well supervise construction projects from scratch to finish but I'm just an Nce holder with the needed experience in the property/estate management... (I can as well improve on other things I don't know as time goes on and will be happy to be given a trial)
