That is revenue. You havent even factored the cost of building the railway because you're a zoo that use oil money. In kenya we expect the rail to eventually pay for itself after turning profitable.
Revenues of 5M dollars is big joke for a quarter.
Kenya Railway monthly revenues are about 30m dollars.
