LasgidyPort:Even if all these persons are voted together to form a new government not much will change. Just like some seem to think Buhari is the problem and when he leaves the stage everything will align. The problem is that Nigeria as constituted today is beyond redemption, and the elites and ruling class have long figured this out, hence will continue to whine the masses with delusional optimism while they benefit from the failed system. |

Dapinski:Game of chess you say? A game of chess? That’s why our people see this issue like football and the season for transfer is open. Leadership and good governance cannot in anyway be likened to “game of chess”. If it was so the likes of Li Quan Yu would not have made Singapore what it is today. Dubai would not have attained the status we find that country today. France would not be led by a youthful Macron. If you think that BAT is the best candidate out of 200m people then you may not have not looked very well. Nobody knew the likes of Osibanjo until the opportunity was presented to him. So also do we have great minds across tribes and religio in this country, with the political will to move this nation to the true next level. The only challenge is that the platform has been blocked by these old men who have held the nation to the jugular and continuously bled the nation. We should be very careful about tribal sentiments which have set this nation on the part of destruction. Those who largely support BAT are from the SW, but myopically they have failed to look further inwards to see better and far more youthful candidates. Look at the cronies of BAT carefully and honestly tell us how they have contributed positively to move this nation forward. Fashola before he became a minister said better electricity was not rocket science. What change has he brought today? All BAT’s cronies were carefully positioed using the alliance of ACN/CPC and other parties to achieve his “life long ambition”. I am of the opinion that youths must wake up and take the bull by the horn. Youths must be allowed to actively participate in politics. Youths must be given the opportunity to lead the country. There are better brains there who can lead this country and not these babas. Nobody is terrified of BAT. People have experienced APC and have realized that a vote for him is to continue the suffering in the land. |

Beremx:You are not expected to "register online again" if you already have your pvc or had registered during the past election. What inec is actually doing is called continuous voters registration, obviously not everyone who is eligible to vote now was eligible during the last election and it will be unlawful to disenfranchise them on the ground of their previous ineligibility. And this is one of the many reasons which necessities a CVR. Hope say you grab? |
