If it is for uber/bolt why not get Honda civic 2004 with cheaper maintenance cost and better fuel economy

The engine of the car is over 400k. Gear with 13pins is 300k, with 10pin is 100k. Engine capacity 2.4

For Honda civic, engine capacity is 1.6/1.8. Engine cost is about 150k, gear is about 80-100k.
