I have an account with a popular bank, I use the account to store funds in order to control my spending. I went there to make withdrawal this morning only to be told I can only withdraw 100k and above.
Why must banks force people to get things against there will, or is this a CBN policy?
I felt a bit peeved!!!

Who else have experienced this?

Funny our case is somehow related. I was using Ecobank before,when I switched job,I was mandated to open GTB account. So I use to transfer some fund to ecobank account monthly,and it really helped. I didn't touch the account for almost a year,one day I needed a huge amount of money,went to ecobank to withdrew,(my ATM expired long ago and I intentionally refused to renew so as to keep the fund safe) only to be told they don't use withdrawal slip that I must get ATM,I got the ATM that day,withdrew the money,and abandoned the ATM again. It will likely expire again before I use it again.

That ATM of a thing does more harm than good.
