It would matter to him - that is what Muller said. It mattered to him. KDB is the same. Pep has used him as striker in some games, he has scored in some of them however he too has said he prefers to have touches and make assists than score. It does not mean he was unsuccessful there. In the 2014/15 season, he had 8 assists and 7 goals which add up to 15 with 3 assists against Hannover and a goal and assist against Pruben Munster..Hope I spelt it right...

This is from Rousing the Kop not Skeeda..Jota didn't operate as a false nine for Liverpool...He occupied the central box area as opposed to Bobby who piggybacks off the opposing 6...

Like, I don't know why the guy is here chatting wass. Everyone knows Jota was signed to deputize for a fast depreciating Mané but when Bobby got injured this season, Jota was played in his stead and stepped up to the role. How can any Liverpool fan who claims to watch their games not know that he has played in the false 9 role in many games this season? Because they can see him still scoring in the role, they now want to redefine what everyone can see just to protect Firminho for not scoring enough.

He didn't start in the middle for Wolves, he starts in the middle for Liverpool and you can see him clearly stating that he's starting in the middle because Klopp has asked him to ...When he plays together with Bobby, he goes back to the left and Bobby drops back to the middle...
