The discourse was appointing a non experienced person as a Commissioner. A commissioner is not just to be a representative. There's a lot of work to be done. When a particular sector of a state is failing, it's probably because the commissioner in charge is sleeping. Lagos is a clear example. Look at sectors like transport and health that is thriving, and you'll see the commissioner isn't sleeping.

But Dissfull wants us to appoint a woman who doesn't live here to be out commissioner. Not SSA oh... Commissioner.

The crux of the argument you Igbos (mostly Igbo women) have against Nwanyiocha is that she ISN'T Igbo. It's not about her country of residence.
Anyone who follows her knows she has stated extensively in Anambra for periods over the years. In fact, Nwanyiocha has stayed in Anambra longer than Joe Igbokwe or other Igbos who visit once in two years and she's never stated she wouldn't relocate.
