Before a high rise building is built, Structural calculation (Dead Load & Live Load) must be carried out to determine the stability of the house based on the objective.

You don't just build.

As a kid I remember when the elevators at 1004 were working, and I was so afraid to look down from the top floor. Ordinary 14 floors or so. Now imagine 93 stories? Chai, humans are brave sha... imagine being part of the construction crew!!!!

That is even when you will get more visitors, as from that spot you can view the whole city including New Jersey at one glance, buy a binocular at becomes a daily sight seeing spot.

Plus, the elevators will be working 24/7, so your visitors are not going to use the stairs.

Though because of this scenic view apartments at the top floors or as you go higher are usually not available, restricted, reserved for a select few and exorbitantly expensive compare to other similar apartments at lower floors.

Lol, nobody will attempt taking the stairs to get a 50th floor let alone a 98th floor. You wan d!e?
In buildings like that, the maintenance engineers are always on standby at all times incase anything goes wrong - electrical or mechanical
