There are so many good roads in Lagos.
Public schools in Lagos are free from primary to secondary level. In fact, Lagos state has the best public schools in Nigeria. The Mega school system that Tinubu introduced is now being replicated all over the country.
Lagos has the best primary health centers and general hospitals in Nigeria.
The Bus rapid transit system currently being operated in Lagos is second to none. In fact, no other state in Nigeria has something similar. It is the best in Africa.

America have basically finished all their infrastructure projects including the massive interstate highways that was built in the 60's so there is really no more roads to build except you see them digging up perfectly fine road and pouring asphalt on it all over again every few years So technically you might be right, but we are not mates in infrastructure considering the US is bigger than the whole of West Africa.

Fashola should clarify what he means. US Federal spending on new capital infrastructure projects have significantly declined over the past decade. However, their maintenance and operational spending on existing infrastructure has steadily increased. Because US infrastructure is in such horrible state, Congress approved Biden's more than $1trillion bi-partisan infrastructure deal to address it.

The states and local councils spend a lot more on infrastructure than the US Federal government and Nigeria does not even scratch the surface in comparison.
