What is the status of the new Nigerian police Imo State headquarters and federal correction center in Avu Owerri built by Rochas Okorocha ?

It's in a dilapidated state, though Hope Uzodinma has approved the relocation of the correctional facility to the new one, when it must have been renovated, though I believe the police HQ will follow suit.

Is Imo State broke?

How come we are not seeing the kind of structures Rochas built in his controversial university in Orlu or something similar?

We should at least learn to commend certain efforts, even though I have a picture of the kind of structures u expected. Having said that, this ones too are not that bad na, the truth is Imo state doesn't have the kind of money to build what u have in mind.

Umuna road, Old Owerri Road - are urban roads reconstruction jobs started by Ihedioha in Orlu. No work on the two vital roads since Ihedioha left.
There are more than 30 other urban roads in Orlu that are dilapidated.
Nearly a year after showing IMSG water pipes here for water supply in Orlu, no public water supply flows in Orlu.
