Who is going to monitor it. Imagine Governorship candidate spending over N10bn for election which is not certain of winning. If they eventually win, na how to recoup the money spent in multiple folds would be their primary objective after winning |

The laws we have on ground are not enforced and these theives are busy making new ones. If you read the Nigerian Constitution, you will wonder why the country is this messed up. Democracy is a foreign curse on any black nation. |

Chairmen and councillors spend nothing. They're mostly handpicked by the governor. |

Of course, what else do you expect from persons that know nothing about the economy and managing it? The naira under their watch has gone irredeemable both in value and respect as compared to what it was when they assumed office, value of 1m naira then is equivalent to today's 5m, so they modified the law to accommodate the effects of mismanaging the economy while remaining relevant in the system. All funds meant for constituency projects in this years budget as signed by Buhari has found its destination already. Vexme: |

helinues:Left to me, this is the genesis of all this looting happening left, right and center. It's pure business and loss is not part of the game, once the election euphoria is over, recouping is the next agenda. |
