What Soludo is doing is normal. It is called Optics. The expectations are high, so he doesn’t want to dampen the morale of people who believe so much in him. He wants to add fuel in the fire so that those that have anything against him will not have space to fertilize.

The man said he is going to build it and you are here doubting it, what makes you think a seaport is too enormous for a new governor? Is this not why he was voted in? to do enormous things. If he has anambra's money it should be more than enough to build a seaport in 3 years. Afterall nigerian politicians loots funds 3 times more than the funds for a seaport.

The chinese can build that seaport in 36 months if they are paid for it.

Frustrations from gambling is not responsible for any killings. These kids are just greedy and ignorant, at their ages they should be in school aquiring knowledges. They are also copying what adults do by believing they would be wealthy when they kill people. If you have the billions for it seaport can be created anywhere. Let the governor and architects worry about it. let me make it simple for you! You can excavate lands till you join The Atlantic from your house if you have the billions of $$$ for it. Same way roads tunnels, motorways are built through lands and massive thick forests from your village to Abuja or Ghana.

let's talk with wisdom brother, I'm not against him doing projects for his people, how is he going to construct a seaport from a river as a new governor. Before a ship can dock in omabala river, it must be heavily dredged by world best construction companies. Dredging work alone for the seaport should be the states 4yrs internal revenue .

A river port is not only inefficient it is unviable . A dry dock needs rail connection to a sea port located where there is sea. That is more rational than this funny idea of a fake "seaport"

The only obstacle Soludo will encounter in building that seaport is Federal govt sponsored by Lagos and River state.
