QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS
A B.Sc/B.Eng /H Nd in Building Engineering/Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering
At least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced building construction environment
Ability to interpret complex structural and Architectural drawings
Good knowledge of modern designs and interior designs
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
Registration with a governing body (NSE or COREN) is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning
personnel Hiring and supervising
Setting goals
Delivering on time
Stay on budget
Keep client and firm in the loop
Managing disputes
Drafting contracts
Managing risks

Renumeration range: 90,000 - 120,000
