There has been pulsating chatter on ritualism for a while now, noticed that Nigerian politicians haven't said anything significant about ritual killing or proposing legislature to kill all ritualist and their babalawos, it's sad that we are still experiencing events like this 2022, and the problem is given room to grow because of Nigerians themselves thru politicans, they represent the people and if the people are dumb with dumb founding fathers, you will have a bleeped up place like nigeria, you guys still haven't come to terms with how bleak the future looks, societial breakdown could happen at any moment, Venezuela for all the chaos that they are experiencing have a bright future compared to Nigeria

Slow guys can be good midfielders and I don't quite agree with you on him being slow, he's got explosive pace and can get away from his marker before the race really gets going, good ball retention, press resistant, decent/above average passing skills and good upper/lower body strength....
On paper, he's a complete player...He's in that bracket of players that get the highest recommendations from scout reports...It just seemed he didn't have the right attitude...

Seriously hoping we go for the latter, idgaf if Dembele is free. He should carry his wahala elsewhere. Or at worst, we get them both.

For all his quality and undeniable technical ability, man's got poor conditioning. You can almost immediately tell with that his chubby physique. Ndombele reminds me of Ronaldinho in his later years. He's always gassing out when the game starts to heat up. He had problems with Mourinho regarding his cardio and working with someone like Conte who pushes his players to their limits physically was never going to work out.

In today's footballing world, you need more than just talent to excel at the highest level. Intensity, stamina, athleticism are all required to make it. The best players are the ones who match their amazing talents with impressive physical conditioning. Even guys like Jorginho who are not the strongest physically possess the cardio to keep going for 90 mins+ Ndombele should work on his fitness.
