crap, you don't have any APIs to get numbers for telecoms database, you only provide patterns to phone numbers, just like guessing. many won't work.

Your idea is probably not a bad one. However, for a long time there have been such services as https://quackr.io/temporary-phone-number-generator and generate error-free numbers. I need thousands of numbers from other countries for my activities and I would not be able to find so many numbers myself.
