they will send to the address provided on the courier form. Vfs cant access what you filled to ircc too.

Did you choose country of study as Nigeria?

When filling out your application, didn't you mention in front of your certificate 'distance learning' and country of study Nigeria?

If you are a lawyer and your application is refused due to WES assessing your law degree as equivalent to Canadian Bachelor’s degree then here is the case law to help you.

Lawyers .......don't let anyone cheat you...evaluate with any ECA body and include a LOE with IRCC table where Law is listed as a professional degree....126 CRS points. Also include these 2 judicial cases for good measure....so long as the ECA report acknowledges it's a Bachelor’s of Law.

My parents just got TRV. Please about sending passport to Lagos vfs. They did their biometric there, Do they have to pay for package transmission. And Since they are two, do they submit the documents together in one envelope or 2 different envelope.

Hi guys…been following this Canada immigration thread since 2020…..but not actively participating because I’m not yet in the pool…here’s why….which would lead to my questions….pls share your experience

So I and my husband started our masters in 2018 and were hoping to be done by 2020 …it’s a par time MBA so it’s 2 yrs… we were so hopeful to join the pool in 2020….then COVID happened and unilag ,most schools sha calendar scattered…..long story short… we should be done by September 2022…latest 2023 …:.but it’s seems like a long time to weight considering that we would both be turning 30 this yr….
And I’ve been following this thread and it doesn’t seem like there has been an ITA the whole of 2021 till now…I may be wrong sha…..I already applied to get BCS done this April…..but we are not sure about our fate with the express entry…..only been seeing provincial nomination story….
Don’t know much about the success rate for pnp…pls enlighten me
Also because of the age factor, we are considering going via study route…..which leads to my second question…can we apply to study for an Msc In Canada this yr and join the pool from there…or get a work after that……….or just be patient about joining the pool latest next yr?

While this is good , I just don’t want anyone to go through the stress of plenty explanations . Abeg make them just use CES or iqas . CES is 4 months if sent via email , 5 months via post . They have been fast since September .

Schedule A ADR is asking for updated information as I understand it, they may want to clarify something from your eAPR or want to know what you've been up to since AOR if that's been a while ago.

1.10years from the date you are completing the Schedule A e.g. today
2. Yes, as the rejection was in the past 10 years...counting backwards from today.

Hmm. I think a copy of your rental agreement for the stated period would solve this. I think it depends on the visa officer, some would ask for UK PCC and others won't. What's your AOR?

Tell them that it is a correspondence course done online. Show them the screen shot of payment and other emails sent to you .

No, they do not need to pay for package transmission since they did their biometric there. All documents can be submitted in one envelope.
