When people are curious,.desparate, greedy, poor, ignorant and gullible it's ussually easy to make them believe anything.. and they are also vulnerable to scams like money rituals. ![]() |

dollynnn:Don't get it wrong. No genuine Babalawo will use human for sacrifice for wealth for anybody. There are different professions under the Yoruba spiritual tradition. The culprits are usually the Oniseguns. The Onisegun is the medicine man who has deep knowledge of the art of mixing one natural item or the other to get specific outcome. What is common these days is that the sacred knowledge has fallen into wrong hands, usually the children of original Oniseguns, who are often not well versed as their fathers, and are greedy. They know they shouldn't do it because human parts is never among whats in their knowledge book. But they work on the wrong assumption that human parts will have more efficacy than plants and animal parts. As an Ifa adherent myself, though not a Babalawo, I know the number of trivial wrongs I must never do which was spelt out to me by Ifa. For example, I must never be vengeful against anyone, meaning if someone does something against me, I simply suck it up and look away. So, how in the world would a spiritual system that preach tolerance, patience, and peace accommodate that high level of evil. No it doesn't. It's because some of our people are evil minded. As Ifa says "Meji meji la da Ile aye" Meaning this is a world of duality, and that every human has a good and evil side. So, these evil people are simply expressing the evil side of their nature because of their greed. |

Dayvidblue:There is nothing wrong with the Yoruba analogy of "Ise kekere, owo pupo". First, let us dissect what it mean. It mean "bountiful rewards from one's modest effort". When you work or do business, at the end the day, you expect to make money. It's just a prayer of blessing for our moderate effort. This doesn't come to everyone. We know there are times we try things in life and multiple goods follow in a way that seem we don't deserve it because we didn't put too much work for it. It's just a prayer of luck. Since the word "Ise" (i.e. work) is included as part of the expression, it mean one is expected to work. So, try to understand it clearly. |

But i can bet my left balls you have never met a spirit, you are just imagining it in ya head. And why can't i challenge spirits? What is so special about them? You have managed to make yourself believe that one invisible guy called spirits exists some where in neverland. Which Yoruba tradition? Even without the light of Christ, you and I both know those who do that are evil. Evil is not Yoruba's tradition. Regard and cherishing human lives are some of the Omoluabi philosophies. Human sacrifice is the tradition of those who are involved in dark arts. Since the days of human existence, we have known that even in a "holy nation", we have people who shed innocent blood to gain power, wealth, and influence (a minute percent of the population). This evil knowledge is passed to some in their conclave. It is a secret of the dark. That is why they are called ika (wicked). I can't remember my parents teaching me that it's the tradition, nor his fathers before him. Those who engage in such had to journey far and contact mediums (spirits), not even herbs. So, saying it is the tradition is inaccurate because there is no difference between them and musicians who allegedly sell their souls for fame in Hollywood. JuanDeDios: |

Is it part of Christianity or Islam for grown adult men to have sex with small boys? Does this happen? Even at very high levels involving clerics? Yes There are scandals every week of the year involving the Catholic church and Alfas . In their own case it is "bad eggs" but what is our onw, our ancestor's own is "traditional" and wrong. Wake up . |

We are simply the joke the whole world is laughing at. Some people will come back to explain how useless their wealth has been in the face of global pandemic, natural disaster and terrorism. Las las all of us go dey alright. Sooner or later some people will be begging for their billions to be taken away just to have their lives back. As they are being slaughtered and burnt to ashes right on the alter of their over hyped "god". Love your neighbour as yourself share the little you have they will never listen. |

Sheer wickedness and man inhumanity to the other person. What is it in a human body - blood, eyes, breast, vjay jay that can turn to money? Absolute lies from the pit of hell! Sheer fake nonsense! They are just wasting someone's Iife and will never tell you the real source of their money - but most people know they are doing something else that brings money. Those who became rich are into something else such as selling hard drugs and other daily activities or businesses. Some are scammers who scammed Americans and European of their hard work. They continue to perpetrate diabolical myth for the purpose of getting paid themselves. Just look at the jazzman, he only has money to eat eba and soup. Why is he not building mansions all over the country from the ritual if it is that real ? Nigerians, don't use your talents, intellectual ability and brain! Keep killing others for fake sacrifices for illusionary wealth ![]() Cunny man die, cunny man bury him. |

Ademola47:These atheists are really dumb! If an intelligent observer wants to know something the first line of action is to study carefully and find out what exactly is behind this thing. We are all humans with working brains nah. Even if we haven't seen spirits we have seen their presence when magicians are performing. So one needs not deceive himself there is more to magic than simple tricks! When Satan (the head of all wicked spirits) wanted to tempt Jesus he didn't just walk up to him saying "i'm Satan the devil and i've come to tempt you" NO! Satan pretended to be an angel of God. Jesus has been in the presence of God Almighty for over 40 days receiving information on how he will spend the rest of his days on the earth and after God's spirit left Satan immediately came around speaking as if it's still that same spirit of God! ![]() The first thing he told Jesus was: "Now it's been over 40 days that you've not eating can't you turn a stone to food and quench this hunger?" Jesus' response shows that he doesn't depend on physical food for survival. Satan again told him: "See where you are from home, instead of trekking all the way from this high place round the village, why not jump? After all you're a special person, angels will not allow you fall! Jesus' response again shows that he's not going to test his God whom he has knew to be tested and trusted. Lastly Satan couldn't take it anymore but to come out openly: "Worship me now, and all the things you're going to work hard to get will be yours immediately" Haha! Jesus now got the identify of the spirit speaking to him! This same thing happened to King David but because he isn't a perfect person like Jesus he fell easily! 2Samuel 24:1-3 compare to 1Chronicles 21:1 The voice David heard was like God's voice yet it was Satan! So it takes great discernment to decipher such topics but atheists just imagine it's all about what they can see! ![]() |

gypsey:If you want to put the world of the unknown to test, try this and come back to share your experience. Go to a very popular open-air market that operates at night when it get a bit dark. You know those markets where you find sellers of pepper and tomatoes with naked kerosene lanterns. Once there, find any where you can stand with you backing a part of the market. Then, bend down without kneeling and take a view of the market in-between your wide open legs. Come back here to share what you see. |

twosquare:Even in 2022, many Yoruba communities still declare Oro, which often involves human sacrifice. This is the tradition. We have to admit it. And then work to reform it. Oro, Eleku and similar "dark" traditions need to be reformed. We should be able to continue our traditions but reform them to eliminate murder and other acts of savagery. |
| Re: Ifa Oracle Against Use Of Human Parts To Make Wealth - Nigerian Traditionalists by twosquare(m): 8:44am On Feb 04, 2022 |
JuanDeDios:lol...Oro doesn't involve human sacrifice, please. It is just "traditional practice" to ward of and scare away evil spirits similar to incense burning, evil, and bad elements. |
