Your words holds no point. Remember Christianity and Islam are two different religions, you know as well as I know that hijab is an invented word in Islam, Christianity have their dress code, Will an Islamic school allow its students to wear Skirts and shirt as a young girl and attend classes?
Are u seeing the difference now?
SK both have their ways.
Christian practice what you believe in your Space
Muslims do so to in your space.

you make absolutely no damn sense.... 1st and foremost, religion has absolutely NOTHING to do with the school teachings. anyone regardless of their religion can attend the school, thus my asking why should a hijab wearig person be a problem?
furthermore, since all y'all wanna bring religion to this issue, may i ask you to show me where in your holybook does it say that teaching a person with hijab is forbidden.

you people are so hellbent on bringing division in this world that you are ready to make BS ignorant laws to create chaos!

you demons are quick to want to act holier than thou, when your own jesus taught you to accept everyone. your "holybook" tenets dictates that NOBODY should be discrimnated upon, but as you people read your holybook upside down, please do tell us all where in the below verse does it say that you couldnt accept/teach people because they were different:

Romans 14:1-4
14 Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. 2 One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. 3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. 4 Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.

Romans 15:7
Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.

I like the places you quoted.
The issue in Kwara in my opinion is needless.
Few questions:
Was the school established by Baptist?
What were the existing principles guiding the school?
Who currently controls the school?
Aren't there Islamic schools around that the people can go?
Please answer those questions

The Kwara state government should be held responsible for the gradual division of the once peaceful Kwara state along religious lines.
Nigeria does not have leaders at all. We like to treat symptoms instead of the cause.

The cause of this hijab crisis is because the kwara state(military) government took over missionary schools from the missionaries.
It is on this basis, that some muslims are insisting on the wearing of hijab, since the missionary schools are govt owned but run by the missionaries.

A smart governor would simply return the schools back to the missionaries and remove the hand of the government from the schools.

Palava finish!

But no, our leaders would rather stoke religious tensions to further themselves.

Simple as ABC

You know I wish I could keep dragging or proving a point to you, but at this point I will have to focus on more important issues in my real life not social media,
I live in the central North and in the midst of core Muslims I know their rules, modus oprendi. So u don't know the religion like me. I spent 70% of my existence here in the North so chill u can't deceive people like me.
There is a difference between Christians and Muslims.

Why must Islam be always associated with violence?
Can't things be resolved in a peaceful way?
A baptist Church is a Christian Church and should follow chirstain values.

My brother, I am a Muslim and we all have different reaction to arising situations. It's not always about being a Muslim. I hope our scholars can elaborate more on peaceful cohabitation.

Take kids to schools that accept, hijabs dont force it.

This is wrong.

I can't put my child in asar-ud-deem school and expect her not to cover her head.

That is a Christian School for crying out loud.
Different rules apply.

Muslims should be respectful.

It's a very simple issue, return these schools to their original owners and they will choose who to admit. Very simple. Alternatively, Muslim parents should open strictly Islamic schools and send their children there.

Christians are always stupid and nasty group of people. Muslims accept Christian girl students without forcing them to wear hijab but on the other hand Christians reject hijab wearing Muslims girls because they are envious of how Muslims are able to stay committed to protecting women dignity by properly covering up. Christian girls are evil prostiitutes who dress half naked in this country so they want to corrupt Muslim girls to dress seductive with short skirts that can enable Christian pervert teachers to spy on Islamic panties/cunts but Muslims community in Nigeria won't allow them have that chance hence the rejection of hijab wearing Muslims girls. Shameless Christians, shame on you promoters of prostitution. The 2 religion are evil and Terrorists groups but I always prefer the lesser evil which is Islam and I hope to add Islamic bitches to my harem, nothing is as sweet as fhuckin these Muslim girls in their hijabs. I love hijabs but not the smelling ones

It is not the school that is segregating the children it is people like you and the parents of those hijab wearing kids that are doing that. If all students came to school in same uniform, same hairstyle then they can all be seen as equals but when you start adding other factors to identify and differentiate yourself E.g. through the use of hijabs then the kids will no longer be equal again.

I finished from this great school. The Baptist have worked so hard to develop this school and make it very attractive, now this religion of peice people are jealous and want to ruin it. You will not succeed. The motto of the school is "Christ shall reign" and He will surely reign.

Below was my reply yesterday at our set whatsapp group.

*MY SUBMISSION IN ALL THESE!*

Religion (which is the act of serving God or a god) is inherent in man and one of the purposes of a man's life. To fear God, and keep his commandments is the whole duty of man according to Ecclesiastics 12:13.

However, religious fanatism is our problem in this part of the world. As someone had earlier stated, this could actually be the handiwork of Muslim Fanatics from Ilorin.

Will a Christian student be allowed into a Muslim school with a special Christian attire? Will he or she be allowed to carry Bible freely without being challenged or cautioned? This is not to point finger at any religion; after all I have sizeable numbers of good Muslim friends who are great and wonderful people.

It is misplaced priority to shift our focus from the numerous issues that are negatively affecting our dear states and country, only to focus of issues like this. Why do these fanatics love fight, chaos and mayhem? If a religion wants it certain way in their school, why not comply or take your child to another school that meets your own religious standards? Why not invest these negativities and channel them towards fighting against banditry, kidnapping, terrorism, bad governance, poor health care system, bad economic policies and many other unfortunate diseases that have befallen our domain.

May Almighty God help us to understand that our vibrant youths are leaving the shores of this country for greener pastures outside there, and that the best we can do is not to make our already brown pasture turn black for ourselves. May God help us to live together in hamony, irrespective of ethnicity and religion. And finally to live above religious fanatism.

Remain Blessed!
