This is how I understand it. The guy represent citizens of Nigeria that can hardly get close to their leaders for help and when they manage to get close to their leaders for help the facial expression of that soldier is what our leaders give us or simply put " they care less about us or our problems "

Your understanding was just the description of the picture as you saw it and in relation to the topic. I wanted to know the actual thing that happened. Whether the officer was arrested as a fake army man or what. Did the event even happened in Nigeria?
